A high-end furniture brand with over 30 years of customer data but no
structured digital system
to support growth.

Fragmented platforms, restricted ad accounts, and disconnected assets resulted in
zero online sales
and no reliable lead generation.

ARCHITECTURE

We executed a full digital restructuring, including database cleanup, Meta ecosystem reengineering, and email marketing activation.

We rebuilt the digital infrastructure to support scalable acquisition and long-term growth.

IMPLEMENTATION

A 30-year legacy database with over 30% hard bounce rate was fully restructured into a clean, segmented, and active data environment, reducing delivery issues and restoring communication efficiency. A forensic audit of the Meta ecosystem revealed a fractured infrastructure, including restricted ad accounts, duplicated assets, and misaligned integrations across platforms. We are currently rebuilding the entire acquisition layer, consolidating assets, restoring account control, and aligning all channels under a unified growth system.

OUTCOME

Following database restructuring and segmentation, the brand transitioned from an inactive digital ecosystem to generating qualified showroom appointments, effectively reactivating its commercial sales cycle.

CONSTRAINT

A mobile service business operating across Santa Barbara and Ventura, with no centralized lead generation system.

Duplicated and conflicting Google listings fragmented visibility, diluted historical authority, and created inconsistencies in local search presence.

We are restructuring the digital presence by consolidating listings, aligning service areas, and eliminating fragmented visibility.

The acquisition layer is being rebuilt through targeted campaigns, improved local SEO, and a conversion-focused website.

IMPLEMENTATION

Despite strong offline reputation, the firm lacked a structured entry point for potential clients to discover and evaluate its services.

ARCHITECTURE

We focused on establishing a minimal but effective local visibility system, prioritizing discoverability and trust over complex infrastructure.

The strategy centered on creating a clear and accessible entry point for client acquisition, aligned with how users search for accounting services.

IMPLEMENTATION

We launched and optimized the firm’s Google Business Profile, structuring services, refining categories, and aligning visibility with local search intent.

This initial intervention established the first acquisition channel without relying on paid media or a fully developed website.
